MTC Night-BRING A NON-MEMBER FRIEND TO BE TAUGHT - APRIL 22

Please remind all of your Priests and Laurels that next Tuesday, April 22nd, is the MTC Night where they are supposed to bring a non-member friend that they can practice teaching on.

Please ask them if they have invited someone, and if they haven't, encourage them to bring one of their non-member friends. They can tell their friends that this is only an exercise to allow them to practice teaching.

PROM MONEY DUE APRIL 20th

Any youth ages 16-18 who plan on going to prom need to get their payment, and permission slips, in no later than this Sunday, April 20th.  This needs to be turned into Neil Devore or Robin Zollinger.  As ward leaders, please collect these and turn them in ASAP.

Tickets are $65 per person, photo packages are $30 and are optional

We are planning to have a prom pre-party and provide transportation.  However; you must get your payment in ASAP so we can count you in the transportation requirements.

Please be sure to review the attire requirements outlined on the blog/poster.  Girls-they have asked again that I review the dresses to ensure they meet the modesty standards.  This is my least favorite part of prom, because I know that my girls always try hard to adhere to these standards.  So please make it as painless as possible, have the girls just text me a "front" and "back" full-length picture of them wearing their lovely dress.  This should be sent to    1-818-601-5861 ASAP.  Understandably, last minute changes do not go over well.

Thank you for supporting this effort.  They always have a great time!

Multi-Stake Fireside (12yr+) Featuring: Kate Hansen - Olympic Athlete - 6:30p Sun 4/13/2014

Kate is an LDS American Luger who recently competed in the Olympics at Sochi, Russia.

I just wanted to remind you that prior to our "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" Tri-Stake Dance this FEB 15th at the Studio City Ward Building

There is a Pre-dance activity for all youth ages 14-18 starting at 7:00 for Dance Instructions. They can come learn new steps or improve on their current talents.

Please be sure to share this information with your youth. We would love to have them join us!

Super Saturday - Feb 8th 4-8p at the Stake Center

We are excited to invite all youth ages 12-18 to SUPER SATURDAY, Feb 8th, 4-8pm at the Canoga Park Stake Center.

This will be a great event with:

• Fun-filled Games
• Formal Dining
• Great Presentations 
• and Speakers 

focusing on how "Our Words Like Our Deeds, Should Be Filled With, Faith, Hope, and Charity."  

Ward leaders do not need to attend unless contacted individually for support, but everyone is invited to come hear Brooke White speak and perform at 7:00pm to close out the event.
